Up to now, SHACMAN heavy trucks have been successfully sold to more than 140 countries and regions worldwide, with a presence in over 110 countries and regions along the "Belt and Road Initiative", and the overseas market possession exceeds 230,000 units. In the domestic heavy truck industry, the export volume and export amount of Shaanxi Automobile heavy trucks have consistently ranked among the top.

In the markets of the five Central Asian countries, Shaanxi Automobile heavy trucks have performed exceptionally well. Among Chinese heavy truck brands, its market share exceeds 40%, firmly occupying the leading position. Take Tajikistan as an example. Since Shaanxi Automobile entered the country's market in 2010, its market share has significantly increased from the initial 20% to the current 80%, and the sold models are mostly high-end products such as X3000 and X5000.

Shaanxi Automobile has constructed a comprehensive international marketing network and a standardized global service system overseas. The marketing areas are extensive, covering Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, West Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and other places. Currently, Shaanxi Automobile Import and Export Company has established 40 overseas offices globally, possesses over 190 first-level dealers, more than 380 overseas service outlets, 42 overseas accessory center warehouses, and over 100 accessory franchise stores. Additionally, there are more than 110 service engineers stationed overseas permanently to provide users with timely and efficient service support. Shaanxi Automobile has carried out localized production in 15 countries such as Mexico and South Africa, injecting strong impetus into the local infrastructure construction and automotive industry development.

In 2022, Shaanxi Automobile's export performance reached a new historical high. The orders increased by 85.51% year-on-year, and the actual sales increased by 79.59% year-on-year. Its market share in China's heavy truck export industry continues to rise.

In terms of market performance in different regions, Shaanxi Automobile has its own distinctive features. In Africa, by virtue of the outstanding durability of its products and the ability to adapt to complex road conditions, it has obtained a large number of orders. For instance, it has participated in the transportation work of multiple large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring the smooth progress of the projects. The maximum climbing ability of Shaanxi Automobile Shacman heavy trucks can reach 35%, the ground clearance is up to 300mm, and the minimum turning radius of the vehicle is only 12m, enabling it to maneuver flexibly in the complex terrain of Africa. In the South American market, it focuses on efficient logistics solutions and helps upgrade the local logistics industry by optimizing vehicle configurations and providing intelligent logistics management systems, effectively reducing transportation costs and improving transportation efficiency. The engine fuel economy of Shaanxi Automobile Shacman heavy trucks is 8% higher than similar products, and the average mileage between failures of the vehicles reaches 20,000 kilometers. In the Southeast Asian market, despite intense competition, Shaanxi Automobile actively explores and has achieved remarkable results through measures such as promoting and publicizing brand advantages. In 2023, the sales volume in the Myanmar market reached 80 units, and a first-class overseas 4S store with one-stop services including vehicle sales, accessory supply, maintenance workshop, and out-of-service vehicle rescue has been established. The waterproof and sealing performance of Shaanxi Automobile Shacman heavy trucks for the rainy weather in Southeast Asia reaches IP67 level, and the cooling efficiency of the air conditioning system is 15% higher than similar products.

Shaanxi Automobile also continuously optimizes the product structure and configuration based on the market demands and characteristics of different countries and regions, and precisely launches targeted vehicle models. In Algeria, the SHACMAN brand has become the top Chinese heavy truck brand, and its products have won high recognition from local customers with high cost performance and quality services. In Kazakhstan, the reliability of the H3000 dump truck has been enhanced for mining needs, and lightweight models compliant with local regulations have been released in a timely manner to meet market demands. In Vietnam, the H3000 dump truck meeting Euro V emission standards has been launched. At the same time, in response to the rainy weather conditions in Southeast Asia, a rain guide groove on the front mask has been added to enhance the vehicle's applicability. In Malaysia, the X3000 high-horsepower + AMT high-end model has been launched and matched with the overseas version of the Tianxingjian vehicle networking system to provide users with a more intelligent and convenient driving experience. In cross-border transportation in Africa, in response to the large price differences of oil in various countries, the cost-effective M3000 long-distance tractor is mainly promoted to help users reduce operating costs.

However, during the process of international market expansion, Shaanxi Automobile also faces some challenges. For example, changes in international trade policies may lead to increased tariffs, affecting the price competitiveness of products; exchange rate fluctuations may cause profit losses; the relatively weak infrastructure construction in some emerging markets poses higher requirements for the timeliness and effectiveness of after-sales services.
